PROCEDURE | |||||||
1 | )Bring F 10 screen in the VOS
2 | ) Insert key and keep in set position
Bring the cursor to the group requires LOT CHANGE when even spindles are running in that group.
4 | Press " MODE - 1 " from the right top corner & press " ENTER "
5 | When the set length is reached in the spindles of that group, " U1 " is displayed in the seven segment display
of the winding unit and winding unit stops.
6 | In this condition, AD engages ( in the spindle where full doff signal available ), yarn pick-up cutter picks up
the yarn from re-tie pipe and releases the yarn from cutter before the cutter cylinder goes up. By this way
the yarn end from spg bobbin on the peg is taken away from the re-tie pipe as well from gate tensor.
AD just removes the full package from cradle and places new empty tube of old LOT in the cradle.
It will not restart the drum to start winding.
7 | When the above action is completed in all the spindles of the group, turn " OFF " the lot change mode
in F 10 screen of VOS. | |||||||
8 | Remove all the spinning bobbin of old LOT from the Magazine pockets except from the peg.
9 | After this, one time turn "OFF" and then "ON" the yellow lamp button. By this, the old lot spinning bobbin on
the peg will be ejected automatically.
10 | After all old lot bobbins are ejected as informed in step # 9, feed new LOT spinning bobbins to the
magazine pocket for the particular group.
11 | Place new lot empty take-up tube on the stocker for the particular group
12 | After completing step # 10 & 11, push the BLUE colour reset button " ONCE " only. AD will restart the
spindles one by one. | |||||||
This ends the LOT CHANGE procedure. |
